Anti Bullying Week 16th-20th November 2020
The week started off with children wearing odd socks to school to celebrate the fact that everyone is unique. Throughout the week, pupils enjoyed carrying out a range of activities including kindness notes and creating Anti Bullying songs and posters.
PTA Covid-Safe Cake Sale
The PTA held a Covid-safe cake sale after school. Families queued 2 metres apart from each other and bought a delicious selection of individually packaged cakes and chocolate bars. Harvest Collections
For our Harvest collection, we have been donating tins of food to a local food bank. Our House Captains helped load all the tins onto the van ready to be distributed to those who need them.
Sports Partnership
We were very fortunate to receive a visit from a PE specialist as part of the Holmer Green Sports Partnership. Y3 and Y4 had a lovely afternoon with Mrs Duggan working on developing their gymnastics and their balancing, flexibility and agility skills.
Jeans for Genes Day- Friday 18th September 2020

World Book Day
To celebrate World Book Day, staff and pupils dressed up as their favourite book characters. Year 6 house captains shared one of their favourite books with younger children and showed they are teachers in the making!
Sign to Sing
In February, the school held an uplifting performance of Together to raise money for the charity Sign Health which supports people who are deaf.
