Lower KS2 had a lovely practical day making vegetable soup for lunch for the staff and creating mince pies. Our budding chefs learnt new chopping and pastry skills. They worked hard, were very engaged and were willing to have a go at everything, including trying lots of new vegetables.

A group of KS2 talented artists visited the art exhibition at Penn Street church . They had a lovely time meeting the artists and learning how they create their pieces of work. The children were really motivated with many saying they wanted to go home and start sketching.
