Trip to Penn House

The children visited Penn House for their local history unit and assisted Countess Howe in planting a tree at Penn House as part of the Queen’s jubilee tree planting project. They then had a tour of the house where they heard the history of the family, discussed art as historical sources and even wore crowns and jewellery It was a truly memorable morning and greatly enjoyed by all. We would like to thank Earl and Countess Howe for their hospitality.
