After the Fall

For our first week of all pupils returning to school, we have based our curriculum around After the Fall. This is the story of what happened to Humpty Dumpty after he fell off the wall and how he showed the courage to try again. We used this book to discuss the themes of resilience and hope. We based our science work around the story, carrying out many activities including creating a cradle to protect an egg when dropped from a height.
