Science Day

Thursday 23rd March 2017 was Science Day at school.  The children enjoyed a range of activities and challenges, including using lemons as batteries (for years 1 and 2), making bouncy balls from glue and Epsom salts, building towers from newspaper and sticky tape, and creating a sturdy bridge from K’nex.  They also had a science show provided by Science Oxford, with flaming custard powder, burning £20 notes and a fire tornado proving particularly exciting.  Thank you to everyone who helped to make the day so successful and memorable
