Break The Rules Day

We ended term with a very successful Break the Rules Day organised by the PTA. As wearing as being allowed to wear mufti, the children paid a bit of extra money to come to school with dyed hair, nail varnish and tattoos.

Our older children had a lovely afternoon learning about the true meaning of Christmas. Activities included making mince pies, a carol competition and various quizzes. Our thanks to Mrs Watkins and Mr Smith from the Baptist Church for organising and leading this event.

Anti Bullying Week 16th-20th November 2020

The week started off with children wearing odd socks to school to celebrate the fact that everyone is unique. Throughout the week, pupils enjoyed carrying out a range of activities including kindness notes and creating Anti Bullying songs and posters.

PTA Covid-Safe Cake Sale

The PTA held a Covid-safe cake sale after school. Families queued 2 metres apart from each other and bought a delicious selection of individually packaged cakes and chocolate bars. Harvest Collections

For our Harvest collection, we have been donating tins of food to a local food bank. Our House Captains helped load all the tins onto the van ready to be distributed to those who need them.
Sports Partnership

We were very fortunate to receive a visit from a PE specialist as part of the Holmer Green Sports Partnership. Y3 and Y4 had a lovely afternoon with Mrs Duggan working on developing their gymnastics and their balancing, flexibility and agility skills.
